Please note that packing/posting is done by volunteers in batches once per week. Please factor this into delivery timescales.
UK ORDERS - sent 48 hour tracked via Royal Mail. Your package should arrive within 48 hours/2 working days of receiving your despatch confirmation.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - be sent as tracked only. Tracking numbers can be provided on request once despatch notification has been sent. Any orders returned due to not being claimed will be refunded and put back on sale. EU customers may be charged customs tax before delivery is allowed. Please check with customs authorities before making purchase.
DUBAI - Please provide a PO BOX and mobile contact number as required by Emirates Post
BRAZIL - Please provide your CPF number as required by Brazilian customs authorities. Orders cannot be sent without this
USA - We may request additional postage charges due to new tariffs introduced by the US govt.
Cancellations/Returns:
If you wish to cancel your order please reply directly to your confirmation email and a full refund will be provided. If your delivery has been despatched you can return the order on request for a refund provided it is unopened.
